I, Somnath Patil, Proprietor of Optionsmaster Research Advisory Services, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst, hereby issue this public notice to inform all concerned parties and the general public as follows:

We have stopped acquiring new clients since November 27, 2024, and have closed all operations for existing clients effective March 13, 2025.

There is an ongoing proceeding related to a SEBI order, which is currently under consideration before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), and we are awaiting the SAT judgment.

I further clarify that from the date of registration of my Research Analyst license in 2021 till the last working day of my organization in March 2025, I have strictly conducted only Research Analyst activities. At no point did I perform any Investment Advisory activities, such as Risk Profiling or Suitability Assessment, as these functions do not fall within the scope of a Research Analyst’s role as defined by SEBI.

It has come to my attention that fraudulent individuals or entities are misusing my credentials, including my name, SEBI registration number, and other publicly available details, to deceive investors.

Please note that my business operations are completely closed, and no one is authorized to collect money or offer services on my behalf.

If anyone approaches you using my name or details, do not make any payment to such persons. In case of any fraud or loss, please immediately file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Department for appropriate investigation and action.
